HR & Internal Communications Coordinator

Job Description

Our client, a global luxury brand , is seeking a full-time, temporary HR & Internal Communications Coordinator in NYC.This is a 4 day in-office, 1 day WFH position with an approximate 4-6 month assignment length.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from start to finish in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.\n

Job Responsibilities

\n
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
\n
• Support the year-end performance review cycle, including scheduling performance conversations, coordinating with HR Business Partners, and managing related documentation and data.
\n
• Execute an employee events and programming roadmap based on guidelines from global and corporate teams.
\n
• Own and coordinate event logistics, timelines, deliverables, points of contact, and follow-up from planning through execution.
\n
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure programs/events are delivered on time and according to expectations.
\n
• Draft and distribute internal communications using established templates and guidelines.
\n
• Create PowerPoint presentations and slides to support employee communications and programming.
\n
• Support communications for the executive committee, including calendar management and scheduling support.

Role Requirements

\n

\n
• 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in HR, events, internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field.
\n
• Proven ability to independently manage projects, events, and multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
\n
• Strong event planning and execution skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
\n
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
\n
• Strong professional presence and confidence communicating with HR, brand, commercial, executive, and other internal stakeholders.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, organizing, and managing employee data; VLOOKUP experience is a plus.
\n
• Comfortable creating PowerPoint presentations and simple communication materials.
\n
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to balance competing priorities effectively.

Pay: $35-$40/hr
