What You'll Do * Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans. * Assess learners using tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, ABLLS-R, and SRS-2. * Supervise RBTs and trainees (5-10% of RBT hours). * Maintain a manageable caseload (6-8 clients) to ensure quality supervision. * Provide ongoing training and mentorship to RBTs. * Collaborate with parents, SLPs, and other professionals for coordinated care. * Attend bi-weekly team check-ins and monthly staff trainings. * Ensure timely completion of documentation and progress reports. Job Requirements * Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. * Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. * Minimum 1 year of post-certification experience preferred (will consider strong new BCBAs with clinical experience). * Knowledge of evidence-based ABA interventions, assessment tools, and data-driven decision making. * Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring. * Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite at our Morris, IL clinic.
