The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional in the GTM launch process for newly developed products, features, and solutions. You thrive on implementing new processes and leading cross-functional teams towards a common goal with data-driven insights. Responsibilities:GTM Launch Readiness: Successfully lead GTM (Marketing, Enablement, Product) teams through key launch readiness milestones. Manage stakeholder alignment, timely program execution, and leadership reporting. GTM Strategy & Governance (before and after launch): Evolve Okta’s launch process by streamlining process efficiencies, evolving standardized playbooks, and developing relationships with key executive and senior leadership stakeholders. Performance Reporting: Support GTM Launch Ops & Strategy team to successfully review and drive growth through data-driven launch insights. Provide key recommendations to optimize incremental launch marketing strategy, and support growth targets for new product introductions. Be the connector between multiple teams and drive alignment on key decisions to deliver resultsIdentify, develop, and implement operational enhancements for efficiency and provide thought leadership and innovation in the launch processCollect meaningful key metrics to guide the launch and communicate results frequently with senior leadershipWork closely with data and analytics teams to track and communicate product performanceLeverage go-to-market and product knowledge to help anticipate risk and provide mitigation and escalation pathsAssist in the development, project management, and organization of standard operating procedures within the Product Marketing teamQualifications:At least 5 years of relevant experience in program & project management, leading product launches, and/or product marketing. General understanding of or experience with the go-to-market and product development lifecycle, including product launch. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to clearly communicate with senior management, program stakeholders, and business unit leaders on launch activities and potential risksStrong leadership, interpersonal, and team skills to lead staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams Ability to galvanize and align large and cross-functional teams to meet goalsExperience in knowing when to probe deeper to identify risk and align teams to develop mitigation planStrong organizational and project management skills with an ability to create, execute, and adjust plans as neededExperience working with go-to-market teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.(P18574)The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $165,000—$226,000 USDBelow is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
