Exciting Opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant!

Job Description:

- Join a dynamic team in a fulfilling environment that prioritizes patient care!
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Enjoy a balanced workload with:
- 8-9 patients per day
- 1-hour evaluations and 45-minute follow-up appointments
- No double booking!

- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Uphold a safe and clean treatment environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

- Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA approved Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
- Licensed in California to provide PTA services.
- Experience in acute care, skilled nursing, or outpatient physical therapy is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Organizational skills and effective time management are essential.

- Professional Requirements:
- Maintain PTA license and BCLS certification without any lapses.
- Stay updated with the latest in Physical Therapy practice.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and complete annual education requirements.
- Adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
