Your Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive searches from initial intake to final placement.
- Serve as a client advocate, gaining an understanding of their unique hiring needs, challenges, and corporate culture.
- Source intelligently utilizing our specialized CRM/ATS alongside your own network and communication tools.
- Utilize our tailored platform to handle candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on permanent placements that deliver long-term value to clients while ensuring substantial commissions for yourself.
