The All Angels Roofing, LLC roofer/foreman is responsible for roofing repairs, locating leaks and performing professional quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect. Job duties also include the completion of defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities. Must have knowledge of all roof systems including but not limited to cold applied B.U.R., torch applied Modified Bitumen, E.P.D.M., Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal, and related roof accessories.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee and site safety along with OSHA compliance
• Develop and maintain good customer communication and relations
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of all company issued equipment such as: vehicles, power tools, phones, hand tools, etc.
• Must be available during after-hours for emergency leak calls if needed.
• Be organized and responsible with all aspects of company property and customer relations
• Maintain trucks to ensure they are always stocked and cleaned inside and out
• Track and record all payroll records for your team and report information to payroll coordinator
• Obtain customer signatures and record site visits in their proprietary systems when required
• Utilize industry standard manufacturer approved repair techniques
• Complete daily assignments in a timely manner with completion of proper paperwork
• Ensure the installation of all roofing exceeds quality standards established in their projects by management while maintaining maximum efficiency and economy of operations at or below budget
• Run/manage the project from start to finish
• Oversee subcontractor and full construction projects on a daily basis
• Review jobs with Project Manager review the scope of work, establish lines of communication and areas of responsibilities direct supervisor and sub-contractor regarding change orders, materials, dumpsters, equipment, etc. Ensure the proper materials are on-site each day to provide the working crew efficient operation and order/pick up needed materials
• Assists supervisor with problem-solving, scheduling, customer service, inspections and procedures,
• Monitors daily productivity and ensures project adherence to contractual scope of work, and company standards
• Monitor and enforce site safety standards and compliance with all local regulations by daily site inspections and actively managing subcontractors on-site
• Participate in weekly safety meetings with the subcontractors and ensure all workers on site are compliant with all federal and local safety laws as well as Dynamic’s standards
• Coordinate final closeout of the project
• Communicate with the Production Manager regarding any issues on-site immediately after observing or learning of the issue
• Coordinate receipt of daily job reports
• Conduct daily visits to all active job sites to ensure progress with established production goals and obtain information needed by Supervisors
• Complies with and enforces all personnel and safety policies
• Carry out specific work plans as assigned by management
• All other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• 2-5 years’ Commercial Roofing service experience required
• 2-5 years’ experience running commercial roofing service crews

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
• Successful Background Check
• Able to work some Saturday/Sunday’s during rainy season
• Knowledge of all roofing systems required
• Ability to lift weight in excess of 70 lbs.
• Ability to locate and repair leaks on multiple different roofing systems.

Working Conditions | Environment | Special Requirements

• Full time onsite
• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.
• Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing upon reasonable suspicion or any other regulatory requirement.
• The company is a “dog friendly” environment.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Commercial Roofing: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
