Commercial Roofing Project Manager/Estimator

Location: Miami, FL (On-Site) Compensation: $80K Base salary plus monthly bonuses + vehicle allowance or company vehicle (candidate preference) + benefits Tiello is currently partnered with a premier commercial and industrial roofing contractor based in Miami in their search for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from bidding through completion. This role is responsible for estimating, project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and financial tracking to ensure successful project delivery. Project Types Responsibilities Prepare bids, material take-offs, scopes, and project estimates Manage commercial roofing projects from kickoff to closeout Coordinate schedules, crews, subcontractors, and materials Monitor project budgets, job costs, pay applications, and change orders Ensure compliance with contract documents, manufacturer requirements, and safety standards Communicate with clients, field teams, vendors, and accounting departments Attend site visits, progress meetings, and pre-bid walkthroughs Qualifications 5+ years of roofing or construction project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, SBS, Modified Bitumen, Sheet Metal) Experience with estimating, take-offs, and bidding processes Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ProCore, Bluebeam and estimating software Preferred Education Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
