Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?VP, Execution Management -- LiquidityWhat will you do?Liquidity Management of RBC’s Equity Electronic Trading stack. This includes:Coordinating changes with tech & quant teams to optimize liquidity access across RBC SOR and AlgorithmsPrioritizing SOR book of work & manage resources based on business opportunities and obligationsEvaluation & analysis of internal & external liquidity sources that we currently accessLiaise with external exchanges, execution networks, and liquidity providers on changes and improvementsPublicizing & communicating liquidity changes/priorities across internal stakeholdersWhat do you need to succeed?At least 3-5 years experience in the US equities marketSeries 7 and 63 licensesExperience with data structures & query languages -- analysis and query languages like KDB and SQLExperience with order routing technologies or algorithmsExperience with programming languages and technology at a high level.
