Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design engaging, user-centered websites and digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong experience with wireframing, prototyping, and Figma, as well as a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles. This role will collaborate closely with project managers, account team, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing web experiences.
Core Accountabilities:- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design responsive website layouts and user interfaces for desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to improve usability and user engagement.
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review and optimize existing websites for accessibility, functionality, and visual consistency.
- Create visual assets, including icons, graphics, banners, and web page elements.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs.
- Stay current with web design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Web Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
- Expert in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects and UX/UI expertise.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Understanding of user-centered design and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes.
- Experience conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback.
