UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join one of our direct clients in a fully remote capacity within the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, design principles, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and usability standards. Optimize applications for maximum usability, accessibility, and performance. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision . Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts. Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). Experience working with distributed or remote teams in the United States. #J-18808-Ljbffr
