Staff Accountant

Location: Casa Grande, AZ (on-site) Employment: Full-time Salary: Competitive salary + bonus Full benefits including healthcare Mogel has been retained by our client, a growing Arizona manufacturer of premium architectural concrete and hardscape products, to find their next Staff Accountant. Under new ownership backed by decades of industry experience, the company is investing in its operations and growing quickly. This is a chance to join a close-knit team early and grow with the business. The Role Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll own day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable and support the broader accounting function in NetSuite. This is a hands-on role at a small, fast-moving manufacturer. You'll see the whole business, not one sliver of it. What You'll Do Own full-cycle accounts payable: vendor invoices, coding, payment runs, and vendor relationships Own full-cycle accounts receivable: customer invoicing, cash application, collections follow-up Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy in NetSuite Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations Support the Controller with month-end close, reporting, and payroll processing Assist with sales tax filings and year-end audit/tax preparation support Help improve and document accounting processes as the company scales What You Bring 2+ years of general accounting experience (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations) Hands-on ERP experience — NetSuite strongly preferred; strong experience in a comparable ERP (Sage, Dynamics, SAP) considered Solid Excel skills and clean, organized work habits Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Manufacturing, construction, or distribution industry experience a plus Self-starter comfortable in a small-company environment where you'll wear multiple hats What's Offered Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Bonus program Full benefits package including healthcare A growing company with real advancement opportunity as the finance team expands A tight, collaborative team and direct access to leadership On-site role with hybrid flexibility once you're up and running Equal Opportunity Employer MOGEL and our clients are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
