• Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri -- 8 am - 4:30 pm; Tue -- 8 am - 4:30 pm
• 16 patients per shift
• Outpatient occupational medicine setting
• DOT certification exams with FMCSA digital upload experience required
• Occupational medicine experience required
• Ongoing coverage potential
