Peaceful Envision Mental Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This full-time position will be facilitated remotely, allowing you to provide support and healing to clients in a flexible manner. As an integral part of our outpatient facility, you will work closely with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care and continuous support for clients and their families.
• Engage with clients' families, providing education and support throughout the therapeutic process, thereby creating a robust support system for recovery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential treatment records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Empathetic, respectful, and non-judgmental approach to therapy, prioritizing clients' needs and experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively balance clinical responsibilities and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical setting providing marriage and family therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies for individual and group therapy.
• Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
