Job Title Outside Sales - Strategic Account Management - Business Development Job Overview Join Stonhard as a Territory Manager. The role focuses on business development, customer engagement, and project delivery throughout your assigned territory. Responsibilities Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships. Conduct sales calls, prospect new customers, and assess client needs. Work closely with manager to meet or exceed sales goals. Oversee project delivery: ensure materials, crew coordination, and installation success. Participate in a two-year training program at headquarters. Salary & Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000. Uncapped commission potential (first 2 years): approx. $15,000 - $50,000.
