Territory Manager

A rapidly growing and highly respected medical device organization is seeking two (2) Territory Managers to drive business in a specialized surgical call point. Top performers in the high $200s-$300s What You'll Do Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales objectives and grow market share Build and maintain long‑term relationships with surgeons, operating room (OR) staff, procurement, and key account stakeholders Conduct consultative sales calls highlighting clinical and financial value propositions Provide in‑OR support during procedures, adhering to all facility protocols and compliance standards Maintain strong knowledge of company's product portfolio, competitive landscape, and market trends What You'll Bring 3+ years of medical device sales experience (urology or implantable devices strongly preferred); OR experience required Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Proven consultative selling and relationship‑building skills Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to support surgical procedures Valid driver's license required Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements for site access #J-18808-Ljbffr Chase MedSearch LP
