Territory Manager – Beauty Sales (Hush Hair) Hush Hair is a start‑up offering a unique opportunity to lead the company toward an IPO. The Territory Manager will manage a team of beauty Territory Managers within a specified market, earning 20% commission on sales and residual earnings on re‑orders. Responsibilities Meet or exceed sales targets. Manage customer inventory and sales forecasts. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Negotiate business deals, manage customer and company expectations. Assist organic growth through marketing initiatives. Qualifications Beauty sales or related sales industry experience. Marketing knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, QuickBooks. Strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and self‑motivation. Compensation & Benefits 20% commission on sales and residual earnings on re‑orders. Stock options potential upon IPO.
