As their pipeline continues to expand, they are looking to add an Estimator – Division 10 Specialties to support preconstruction and bidding efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build expertise in a niche but highly in-demand segment of the construction industry. Position Overview The Estimator will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive bids for Division 10 scopes across a variety of commercial projects. You’ll work closely with vendors, project teams, and general contractors to ensure complete and well-defined proposals. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Division 10 scopes (Toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, operable partitions, fire protection specialties, visual display boards, etc.) Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and identify risks Solicit, evaluate, and level vendor and subcontractor pricing Develop scope clarifications, exclusions, and value engineering options #J-18808-Ljbffr Solid Rock Recruiting LLC
