About the role ShadowDragon is seeking a part-time (approximately 30 hours per week) detail-oriented and organized Legal Assistant to support the company’s day-to-day legal operations. This role provides administrative and operational support to the legal function, helping manage contracts, maintain legal records, and assist with a variety of legal initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. What you’ll do Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department. Assist with drafting, reviewing, routing, and tracking contracts. Maintain the company’s contract management system and ensure contracts and legal documents are accurately organized and archived. Coordinate signature processes using electronic signature platforms. Maintain legal templates, policies, and standard forms. Track legal requests and priorities to ensure timely completion. Perform other legal, administrative, and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, contract administrator, or similar legal support role preferred. Experience supporting an in-house legal department or technology/SaaS company is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
