Responsibilities include: Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business Present and demonstrate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles Stay current on new models, features, and technology Present financing, warranties, GAP, service contracts, and other finance and protection products Assist customers with credit applications and complete sales documentation Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads Communicate professionally through phone, email, and text Partner with our Business Development Center (BDC) to maximize appointments and sales Meet and exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong closing and relationship-building skills Experience presenting finance and protection products is preferred Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills Self-motivated, competitive, and customer-focused Valid driver's license Build Your Career With a Team That Wins We're not looking for average-we're looking for professionals who want to be part of a dealership that is growing, values its employees, and rewards performance.
