What You'll Do

• Provide advanced respiratory and neuro diagnostics care including airway management, ventilation, and pulmonary hygiene
• Manage complex patients requiring ECMO, ARDS, and mechanical ventilation
• Administer medications via various delivery systems including aerosols and nebulizers
• Perform arterial punctures and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Assist with procedures such as intubation, extubation, and bronchoscopy
• Monitor and troubleshoot ventilator alarms and alarms related to high pressure or other issues
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver critical patient care in Adult Critical Care settings

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota State License (or ability to obtain and active at start)
• Minimum 2 years RRT experience and 1 year ECMO experience
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience with airway management, ventilator management, ABG interpretation, and critical care procedures
• Ability to work night shifts, including every other weekend

Preferred:

• Experience in adult critical care settings and handling complex respiratory procedures
