We’re looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join our team as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service by resolving technology issues through remote tools, over the phone, or in person. Whether assisting with Microsoft 365, business applications, or day-to-day troubleshooting, you’ll be a go-to resource for your coworkers—offering guidance with a helpful and positive attitude. You’ll work closely with teammates and other departments to escape and resolve issues efficiently and follow up to ensure a smooth experience for the employee. We’re looking for someone who not only understands technology—but is passionate about using it to serve others.
