Job Title: Repair Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. This position involves working with plastic welding, inspecting and repairing bins, and operating hand and power tools. You will be required to work independently or alongside one other person, so being a self-starter is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform plastic welding to repair damages on bins.
• Transport bins to the wash area.
• Operate hand and power tools efficiently.
• Inspect bins for defects and conduct necessary repairs.
• Work independently or with one other person in your area, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in repair work, including hand tool and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform fabrication and assembly.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues effectively.
• Experience in plastic mold work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in fabrication, construction, or carpentry is highly beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Center, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
