Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals. Identify new market opportunities to expand our reach and impact across the district. Monitor sales goals and provide direct support to team members to ensure targets are met. Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture that encourages personal and professional growth. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and community partners in the area. Requirements Valid Life and Health insurance producer license. Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or financial services. Demonstrated ability to build and lead a successful sales team. Strong public speaking and presentation skills for group training sessions. Proficiency in coaching and mentoring junior staff. Deep understanding of market trends within the Maryland region.
