Proclinical is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a team in the dermatology and pharmaceutical industry. Primary Responsibilities: The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting sales operations by ensuring compliant processes, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across various business units. Skills & Requirements: Strong ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Proficiency in using systems for data entry, reporting, and activity tracking. Excellent organizational skills to manage onboarding, territory updates, and employee transitions. Attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance of records and compliance with processes. The Sales Support Specialist's responsibilities will be: Collaborate with teams across Legal, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure compliant sample distribution processes and accurate KPI performance reporting. Serve as a key user of systems to enter, report, or track activities such as SFA Order Entry, Virtual Inventory, Hand Carry Samples, Medical Meetings and Events, and other sample fulfillment tracking systems. Track and manage onboarding, territory changes, and terminations for field sales employees across shared business units. Maintain accurate Rep Rosters for both internal and external reporting purposes.
