What You'll Do

As a Junior Marketing Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging promotional campaigns and creating exceptional customer experiences at live events and retail activations.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent clients and their brands professionally at promotional events, retail campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
• Engage face-to-face with customers to promote products, services, and current marketing campaigns
• Build brand awareness through positive customer interactions
• Assist with event setup, execution, coordination, and breakdown
• Support customer engagement and lead generation initiatives
• Learn campaign planning, event management, and brand promotion strategies
• Collaborate with marketing managers and team members to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities

Qualifications
