To learn more, visit Title / Role Senior Project Manager Division Clean Energy | Large Specialty Projects Location South Plainfield, NJ Position Summary The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the estimated budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members. We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrical Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate and supervise all electrical aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and the quality standards of E‑J. As a Project Manager at E‑J, you will collaborate with various teams, communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, and play a crucial role in delivering successful electrical projects for our esteemed clients. Responsibilities Evaluate project team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training Define roles and responsibilities for and manage required project staff including assistant project managers, field engineers, project engineers, and administrative assistants. Ensure accurate project documentation is being maintained by project staff, such as progress reports, submittal/RFI/correspondence logs, monthly billing, and project closeout documents. Attend and run project meetings, collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives Address any project‑related issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and effectively, seeking solutions that maintain project progress Create and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, submittals, RFIs, correspondence logs, monthly billing and project closeout documents.
