Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), SLA's, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project dependencies and effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders. Team Leadership:Build and manage a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, assigning tasks, providing mentorship, and fostering collaboration. Develop team capabilities through training and skill development initiatives, ensuring technical proficiency across the team. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Technical Expertise:Good understanding of various infrastructure technologies including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), network design, data center operations, server virtualization, and security protocols. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the infrastructure landscape to identify potential solutions and improvements. Provide guidance and support to the team on complex issues. Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations. Proactively address client concerns and manage escalations effectively.
