Civil Construction Superintendent

A nationally recognized, privately held general contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Superintendent to join its growing Dallas team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of major civil scopes on large, complex construction projects while working alongside an experienced project team and some of the industry's best subcontractors. What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day field operations across civil/sitework scopes Manage subcontractors, crews and field personnel Coordinate grading, excavation, utilities, concrete, paving and site development activities Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and owners Monitor quality, safety and productivity throughout the project Review plans, specifications and RFIs and resolve field issues Participate in coordination meetings and daily planning Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required specifications What We're Looking For 5+ years of Superintendent experience in heavy civil construction Strong understanding of civil construction and sitework Experience managing subcontractors and field crews Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong scheduling, coordination and problem-solving skills Proven ability to lead projects from mobilization through completion Experience with large-scale or complex projects preferred Why Consider It?
