How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead outpatient imaging operations and market growth strategies to achieve expansion targets, performance metrics, and quality initiatives for new centers and modality expansion.
• Develop and align data-driven clinical programs and strategies that optimize revenue opportunities and ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective services.
• Partner with Radiologists and executive leadership to drive long-term outpatient imaging strategy, identify growth through exam potential, and enhance protocol efficiencies.
• Foster continuous performance improvement and talent development to ensure the continuity of clinical operations and successful implementation of new sites of service.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
