Job Title: Project Manager – Site Development

Location: Houston, TX (On-site)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee Site Development projects while managing client relationships and mentoring engineering teams. This role involves coordinating project schedules, budgets, technical design activities, and construction phases from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams of engineers and technical staff to deliver successful site development projects

• Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and coordination activities

• Oversee engineering planning, analysis, design, estimating, contracting, and construction phases

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and public agencies

• Review reports, calculations, QA/QC procedures, and technical documentation

• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and contract cost estimates

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Mentor junior team members and support team development

• Handle multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in the State of Texas

• 5+ years of Civil Engineering experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams and clients on Site Development projects

• Experience managing projects from conception to completion

• Knowledge of civil/site development design and construction practices

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Experience :

• Experience with project estimating, budgeting, and proposal preparation

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams

• Ability to build relationships with clients, public agencies, and community leaders
