Job Description We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Specialist to join our Michigan office located in Commerce Township. Primary Role Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports Reconcile credit card statements Expedite purchase orders and assist with sourcing Process inbound deliveries Process outbound shipments Make travel arrangements (air, hotel, and rentals) Qualifications Creative thinking, strong interpersonal, communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction Organized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities Strong knowledge of Word and Excel Accounts payable experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) Account reconciliation experience is strongly preferred Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Interest in doing more to contribute than sit at a desk Physically able to lift up to 50lbs. Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be authorized to work permanently in the United States Travel No out of state/overnight travel. Occasional local errands during work hours Normal Work Hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. (Will consider 9-4, or 9-3.) Pay Salary range is $41,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
