About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join its senior leadership team and spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy. The CMO will be tasked with translating the business strategy into a cohesive marketing approach that enhances the brand, drives growth, and fosters consumer and agent engagement. This executive will lead a dynamic marketing organization, overseeing key areas such as brand strategy, digital marketing, data analysis, and field marketing. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of balancing the needs of an enterprise brand with local market relevance. The CMO will also be responsible for leading the marketing function in support of the company's growth initiatives, including M&A, market expansion, and integration. Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a complex, multi-market marketing organization and a deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and emerging technologies. Experience in supporting a distributed sales organization and a strong background in CRM, data analytics, and marketing technology are essential. The CMO must be a leader who can build and transform marketing teams, develop talent, and ensure the organization is equipped to meet the demands of the present and future. The role demands a leader who can operate effectively within a large, geographically dispersed enterprise, and who is adept at influencing and building alignment among senior leaders.
