Position Overview
AO Globe Life is hiring a Client Coverage Consultant to work remotely with individuals and families seeking information about insurance coverage. You will guide clients through a professional, needs-based review process and help them better understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

Responsibilities
Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and lead virtual appointments
Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage concerns
Explain available insurance products and services
Assist clients with making informed coverage decisions
Complete timely follow-up communication
Build professional relationships through excellent service
Participate in regular coaching and training sessions
