Job Description
Registered Nurse - ICU

Schedule

Day Shift: 4 shifts of 12 hours per week (07:00 - 19:30).

Assignment Details

This position requires floating to various units including medical-surgical, telemetry, PCU, and overflow. Weekend shifts are required.

Requirements

• Two years of ICU experience.
• Active CA RN License.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications.
• Experience in a facility with 400 beds or larger is required for first-time travelers.
• Experience with PA Line and Swan Ganz is required.
• No scheduling requests can be accommodated; 7 days maximum. No RTO within the first 2 weeks of the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
