Full-Time Dr. Squatch is hiring an Associate Director, Commercialization at its Marina del Rey headquarters, the leadership seat that carries new products from approved concept to store shelf and site launch. For a company shipping scented soaps, deodorants, and colognes at national scale, commercialization is where fragrance decisions, formulas, packaging, and factory realities converge on a single date, the pipeline our field-to-flacon guide describes and this role commands. About the Role The Associate Director leads cross-functional launch execution: owning stage-gate timelines across R&D, fragrance, packaging, supply chain, and marketing; managing risks, trade-offs, and escalations; building the commercialization playbook as the portfolio grows; and coaching project managers running individual launches.
