The Patch Boys of Lake and Porter Counties is looking to add a full-time drywall repair estimator. We are a well-established and expert Drywall Repair Company. Our business is growing, and we are seeking an experienced estimator who has drywall repair, patching, and finishing experience. Candidates must have technical knowledge of drywall repair as well as the ability to sell home services to homeowners. Responsibilities: Analyze and clearly identify proper materials, material quantities, and required labor time for new and existing projects by creating an estimate of work for customers Evaluate customer requests and troubleshoot issues in an effort to satisfy customer expectations and create profitable business opportunities Manage customer expectations and objections Follow up with customers to confirm jobs Respond quickly and positively to management and customers Manage the schedules of multiple technicians Communicate effectively with technicians to provide clear guidance Use basic mobile technology tools such as Gmail, text messaging, and company-provided CRM application (training provided for CRM) Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively and lead others by example Must own a smartphone with a data plan Basic knowledge of mobile technology such as Gmail, text messaging Task-Oriented Ability to organize, balance and maintain a weekly sales schedule Prompt communication with customers Maintain a neat appearance Some knowledge of construction Knowledge of the sales market or region Works well unsupervised Vehicle in good running condition is required Compensation: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour Choose a Rewarding Career with the Patch Boys The Patch Boys is America’s Most Trusted Drywall Repair Company, serving customers across the nation.
