Job Title

Field Superintendent - Commercial Sheet Metal Construction
Job Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction projects
Manage daily schedules and production goals
Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Monitor project progress and resolve field issues quickly
Conduct daily team meetings and provide leadership in the field
Complete project documentation and reporting
Hold crews accountable for productivity, safety, and quality standards
Support planning and execution of commercial sheet metal and HVAC installations

Qualifications and Certifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
Experience in commercial sheet metal or HVAC construction preferred
Proven experience managing crews and schedules on commercial job sites
Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance
OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Valid driver's license required
Ability to pass a background check
Experience using digital reporting tools such as Procore or Airtable
Ability to lead large field crews
Willingness to travel overnight when required
