Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews on commercial construction projects
- Manage daily schedules and production goals
- Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and resolve field issues quickly
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide leadership in the field
- Complete project documentation and reporting
- Hold crews accountable for productivity, safety, and quality standards
- Support planning and execution of commercial sheet metal and HVAC installations
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a construction supervisory role
- Experience in commercial sheet metal or HVAC construction preferred
- Proven experience managing crews and schedules on commercial job sites
- Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience using digital reporting tools such as Procore or Airtable
- Ability to lead large field crews
- Willingness to travel overnight when required
