Family or Internal Medicine Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Houston, TX. This role emphasizes continuity, preventive care, and strong patient-provider relationships, focusing on managing both acute and chronic conditions while coordinating comprehensive care with specialists. Practice Info 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic Outpatient clinic setting serving patients 18+ Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and clinic team Reports to clinical leadership Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centered medical care Perform comprehensive initial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans Provide preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals Refer patients to specialists for advanced or complex care as appropriate Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided) Compensation Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus Monthly compensation for supervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NP CME allowance Eligible for sign-on bonus Benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off Comprehensive benefits package Shift & Schedule Monday-Friday schedule (some clinics offer extended hours) Paid CME hours Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting Supervisory experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Active Texas medical license DEA license in good standing
