Thompson Staffing is seeking a Personal Injury Defense Attorney for a law firm client located in Downtown Miami. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years of experience handling personal injury defense litigation and be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of personal injury defense matters, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, conducting legal research, negotiating settlements, and providing strategic legal counsel to clients throughout all phases of litigation. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary - $110,000-$130k
