The facility encompasses 212 staffed beds and supports a range of allied health and therapy professionals - including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other rehabilitation specialists - delivering specialized clinical care through coordinated, multidisciplinary teams. - Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Pay Rate: $67.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 5x8, Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (any 8 hours between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM)
- Travel Requirements: Local radius is 50 miles
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient pediatric setting
- Work with pediatric and infant patient populations
- Document patient care using Epic charting system
- Adhere to facility scheduling requirements, including Monday-Friday availability
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- California PT License required (pending state license NOT accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Pediatric therapist and infant population experience is an absolute hard stop requirement
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Ability to work within a 5x8 Monday-Friday schedule (any 8 hours between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM)

- Floating: Not required
- Open to block schedule: Schedule is Monday-Friday
- Pediatric therapist and infant population experience is an absolute hard stop - candidates without this experience will not be considered
- Pending State License is not accepted
- All RTO (requested time off) must be included at time of submission; approval is based on facility needs
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-week period
- Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius - please reach out to Account Manager for local rate
- COVID-19 vaccination: Not required
- Flu vaccination: Unknown
