Admissions Assistant
Digital Film Academy
Our Manhattan-based film and coding school is seeking an Admissions Assistant. We offer programs in digital filmmaking / media production and web development / coding. Job Description This is an entry level position. Tasks include, but are not limited to: Collect, check and follow up on missing admissions paperwork. Telephone call reminders and email reminders to visitors 1 day before. Send follow-up emails, following up on calls made by Director of Admissions. Adjust and maintain email templates in CRM system. Receive incoming telephone calls: divert prospective students to Director of Admissions; redirect calls for other staff members as appropriate / take messages. Other. Qualifications Speak and communicate clearly; good writing and coherent telephone speaking. Solid computer skills (Microsoft, Excel). Attention to detail. Accuracy when inputting data or working. Ability to focus on getting work done quietly and efficiently. Ability to take accurate notes while being given instructions. Be punctual and reliable. Multitasker.
