• Level III Trauma Center with 141 licensed beds
• Over 25,000 visits to the Emergency Room each year
• Employs more than 830 staff members
• Handles over 5,000 admissions annually
• Conducts an average of 2,800 surgeries each year
• Serves a total of 8 counties
• Rapid practice establishment; the previous Urologist performed over 250 procedures last year, working just one day a week
• Compensation of $640K with an RVU bonus structure
