General Dentist Opportunities - Colorado

Private PPO-Focused Dental Group | Established Patient Base | Strong Earning Potential | 4-Day Workweek

Position and Locations: One in our Englewood location , One in our Littleton location and two in Boulder locations

Position Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses

• Develop and present ethical, patient-centered treatment plans

• Provide a full range of general dentistry services including: Restorative Dentistry, Crowns and Bridges, Extractions, Root Canal Therapy, Preventive Care, Basic Oral Surgery Procedures

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams

• Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional and efficient manner

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Colorado Dental License or ability to obtain licensure before employment begins

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Professionalism, integrity, and patient-focused approach

• Team-oriented mindset

• Interest in long-term practice growth and development

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:

• Molar Endodontics

• Surgical Extractions

• Implant Placement

• Invisalign

• Advanced Restorative Procedures

Dentists are expected to perform procedures within their competency and refer complex cases as appropriate.

Schedule

• Full-time opportunity

• Typically a four-day workweek

• Flexible scheduling available

• No routine weekend coverage required

Compensation & Benefits

• Production-based compensation starting at 30% of adjusted production

• Increased production percentages available based on monthly production performance
