Customer Experience Advocate

Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a Customer Advocate to be the first point of contact with customers. You will manage administrative processes, schedule work orders, and handle invoicing while greeting customers in person and answering calls and emails to ensure a memorable experience. You’ll resolve issues, verify insurance, process orders, and support dealers, with travel up to 10% and a focus on world-class service in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Safelite AutoGlass
