You'll be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and processing e-scooters and their components. This role is essential in maintaining and refurbishing our fleet to keep scooters safe, reliable, and ready for riders. Key Responsibilities Systematically and efficiently disassemble and repair e-scooters and their components. Identify and sort parts for reuse, recycling, or disposal. Inspect parts for damage or wear and report findings to the maintenance team. Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools. Keep your work area clean and organized. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Help with inventory management by tracking and documenting disassembled parts. Participate in training sessions on new disassembly techniques and tools. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferably, some experience in a similar role or a mechanical background. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Physical ability to lift and move parts and equipment as needed.
