What you’ll need:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New Mexico
• Previous experience as a school-based OT strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a K-12 academic environment
• Commitment to supporting students’ individual needs and school success

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct occupational therapy services to students onsite
• Conducting evaluations and participating in the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with school personnel and families to implement tailored interventions
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation as required by school and state regulations
• Providing resources, strategies, and support to teachers to enhance student achievement
