Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state
• Prior experience in school settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of current OT practices, especially for children and adolescents
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct occupational therapy services in individual or group settings
• Monitor progress, maintain records, and adjust interventions as necessary
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Educate school staff and families about appropriate OT strategies and supports
