Licensed Clinical Counselor- Fee For Service

Overview Epworth Children's Home has grown and adapted to the needs of children and families by providing a safe and nurturing environment, evidence-based practices, and programs across the continuum of care in South Carolina. Responsibilities Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling services to clients and significant others with trauma histories, substance use problems, at-risk behaviors, and/or behavioral needs in accordance with Epworth Center for Counseling policies and procedures. Provide intake, assessment, case management, referral, and intervention services as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external resources to support client progress and well-being. Qualifications LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LPES, LPES-A, LISW-CP, or LMSW in South Carolina. Master's degree in counseling or another license-eligible field. Two (2) years of experience working with children who have therapeutic needs preferred, not required. Pass standard background checks, including drug screen, employment physical, SLED, DSS Central Registry, and Sex Offenders Registry. Belief system and faith practices compatible with those of the United Methodist Church. Bilingual a plus.
