Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse for nighttime shifts, responsible for providing high-quality clinical care in a fast-paced environment. This temporary assignment offers a path to permanent employment with opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: Evaluate and prioritize patient care needs upon arrival in the emergency department. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care. Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and healthcare standards. Qualifications: Hold a valid BSN and current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications. Demonstrate a minimum of three years of recent ER experience, trauma experience preferred. Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Be able to work the night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and weekends as required.
