We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers who take pride in helping others live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others, building meaningful relationships, and making a difference in a client's day, we'd love to have you on our team!

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Provide safe assistance with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan. This is a non-clinical role.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping to keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Observe and report changes in a client's physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to the office team.
• Follow individualized care plans, company policies, and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous professional caregiving experience is required, preferably in home care, assisted living, or a skilled nursing facility.
• HHA or CNA certification is preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful approach to care.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance are required.
